Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship all orders placed before 3 pm EST Monday through Friday that same day.

Shipping globally (outside the US & Canada):

Orders will be shipped from our Kentucky, USA location by FedEx International Priority or Economy service.

International Shipping Policy

We ship outside North America under the following terms:

You agree to assume all shipping costs. If the package is returned to us by your country’s customs department, we will refund the price of the products but we will not refund the cost of shipping. We will not be liable for the shipping cost in this or any other case. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Some countries have restrictions that will not allow delivery of some natural health products. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside North America.

International shipments (outside of North America) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. As the recipient you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please understand we do not collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country’s tax authority and customs officers.

Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened, sealed items in resalable condition within 60 days from date of delivery.

Should you wish to return any items, you must contact our office for a return authorization number along with return instructions, this will allow us to ensure there will be no delay in issuing your refund.

We can give you a store credit for the purchase price of the returned items, or we can refund the purchase price to the credit card or PayPal account on which your order was placed.

Please note: For a refund of any item, the item must be returned in unopened resalable condition. Please ensure items are safely packed so they will not be damaged in transport. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or for products returned after 60 days. When returning items, please use Insured Mail with tracking or Courier service to ensure proper delivery of your return. Returns without a Return authorization will not be accepted. If you refuse your delivery you will be responsible for all charges associated with it’s refusal and these fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please allow 5 to 10 days for refunds to be processed.

At no time will we share any of this information with any other person or company. Any financial information our customers submit, such as credit card number and expiration date, is used only to charge the customer for products and services they are purchasing. We use a state-of-the-art order processing system that keeps credit card information on file in a secure, encrypted form. This speeds up processing of repeat orders, while keeping the information hidden from everyone except the involved financial institution and our secure gateway. When placing an online order, your credit card number is not visible to order processing personnel. Same is true for telephone orders after your order is placed and processed. Your credit card number is encrypted in our secure database at all times.

No Spam

We do not use, nor do we condone the use of unsolicited bulk email. We do email our customers with order confirmations, and periodically information about product specials and follow-ups to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you do not wish to receive any email from us at all, simply notify us and we will not send you any correspondence.

Hi and welcome to Five Leaf Pet Botanicals. My name is Amanda Banting, I am a Herbalist and the founder of Five Leaf Pet Botanicals.

We have been helping dogs with kidney, heart and liver disease live happier, healthier, longer lives for over eight years. Please read my story below to get an idea of who we are and how we can help.

Fourteen years ago one of my seven dogs, Tom (he was 6 years old at the time and my eldest), was diagnosed with heart disease, he was given only 6 - 12 months to live. I was devastated. My dogs are my children, so I could not accept his prognosis. I was already practicing natural healing and was very knowledgeable in the power of herbs as medicine, but my education had focused on treating humans, not canines. I, like many other dog owners, thought dogs were dogs - they were fed kibble, brought for walks, given vaccines here and there and they would live into their teens, hopefully dying in their sleep.

Since all my dogs were still young and relatively healthy up until that point, I never had to think about treating them with herbs and natural healing.
